French local time is 2 hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC+2).

The  legal tender in France is Euro. The official abbreviation of the Euro is EUR or €.

Currency conversion is possible at airports and banks. International credit cards are accepted in most important and significant places. Participants are still advised to bring some local currency (Euro €).

The electricity supply in France is 230 Volts and 50 Hz. Please check your notebooks/mobile phones power supply if it supports the local power supply system (most power supplies accept 100 to 240 Volt and 50 to 60 Hertz). The electrical sockets require two round pin plugs.

The Conferece venue will be at the Amphitheater A in A Building ("A Accueil" in red color on the campus map of Ecole Centrale de Nantes). The A Building is very close to the gate of ECN.
